Therapy Intensives and Deep-Dives

Whether you’ve been going to therapy for a while or not at all, you can feel something stirring: an old, deep wound. Maybe you don’t know what it is.

But you do know: whatever it is needs time and space to be held and witnessed.

If you’re curious about going beyond the usual weekly one-hour session model, therapy intensives offer a container of space and time for deep and dynamic collaboration. With these intensives, we decide together on the length and frequency that allows us time and space for more ease. More holding. More curiosity. The intensives will be conducted without rushing, constraining, or forcing, finding a natural way forward.

Intensives are an intentional partnership.

Together we will discover what you want your deep-dive to include. Do you want to come for a two, three, or four hour session, for one to three days in a row?

Would you like to practice parts work, somatic work, breathwork, mindfulness, visual-meditation, art-meditation/creative process, energy work, and/or a spiritual practice?

An intensive can be for you if:

  • you want to go deep and stay there for a while, instead of having to dip in and out. A therapy intensive will honor the depth of the spaces you want to go, and take the time to go there

  • an hour is not enough time to get to the deep levels that you have glimpsed, but haven’t had the space, time, or safety to go all the way there

  • you keep encountering a sticking point that has become a loop in your life or therapy sessions, and it needs some specific intention to find it, stay there, and feel into expansion

  • you want a more intentional way to invest your money

  • you’re breaking generational cycles

  • you have a sense of urgency, not desperation, knowing this is something you need right now

  • you are looking for a safe space to expand, to open, to become

  • you want to get to the heart of it

During intensives, we use a lead-follow-lead flow model. I’m tuning in to you and your inner world of wisdom, and I'm also a guide. We build mutual trust and flow, finding a rhythm we don’t have to force or fix or rush.

We discover together.

These sessions are not outcome-led. Yes, we want you to feel better, have healthier relationships, and feel mentally sound. However, we want to go beyond these outcomes and into something more spacious.

In these sessions, we strive to:

  • Increase your capacity

  • Practice curiosity

  • Nourish your inner wisdom

  • Unburden your wounds and suffering

  • Allow wounded parts to be witnessed & held

Our sessions are explorations into your inner landscapes, where we find a rhythm of guidance, and where I witness, hold, ask questions, offer my knowledge and skills, and then let you take the next steps. We don’t know where we will end up! Together, we can go deeper into these places, allowing the possibility for those parts in yourself to feel witnessed, held, and honored.

This is an opportunity to collaborate in a therapeutic space where the outcome isn’t guaranteed. An intentional adventure; a space where you co-create the outcome.‍ ‍

The process will reveal the results — and they might surprise you.
